The room was small but very clean
I was given a room with the view of the fire escape. The room was very dark which at times was a depressing feature. Im not sure if as a single booking / single traveller I was offered the room most couples wouldn’t have wanted or accepted, but as i was only staying 3 nights it was not a major issue, though on reflection the cost of the booking was not value for money. Added to this, I woke up to mice scratching under the floor boards, which needs to be explored if the management team are not already aware of this issue at the hotel.
