I loved the staff, free coffee, tea in the reception, and the warm welcome with a bottle of water and wine. Everyone was super friendly and made the stay very pleasant.
Unfortunately I don't drink so couldn't enjoy the wine they put in my room; but I really appreciate the gesture.

Location is great. It's a bit hard to find if you don't know where to look but the pictures listed are sufficient. Some of the rooms with balconies are right on top of a cafe and overlooking a very busy street, I honestly expected the worst but the sound insulation was ok. In hindsight I would have asked for a room on a different side of the building
During the night the staff might not be behind the reception desk and I had to call the phone number provided for someone to let me into the property, other than that there were no problems

The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and the room was really comfortable. Great location and the staff were very accommodating to our requests.
While there was unlimited coffee in the lobby, there was no coffee in the room. In the morning you need to head down to the lobby to grab coffee. Not a big deal, just a note to the caffeine addicts 🙂.

Location was excellent, staff were super friendly, rooms were great value for money
You can hear all the noise in the corridor, so as a light sleeper I was woken up many times by people coming in and out in the night from talking or doors banging and also staff doing room service early in the morning. Them talking amongst themselves and knocking on all the doors each morning woke me up.

The room's windows should have been changed when they did the renovation. It would have made the room quieter

The hotel is really cool and fresh. Inside you can find a lot of care and attention to details and it makes the difference. The position is amazing, in the city center in a area full of restaurants and pubs.

*very friendly and helpful staff,
*great breakfasts in CUCU Cafe downstairs,
*great location next to Dizengoff square (many interesting bars&restaurants, 10min walk from the beach),
*bicycles for guests free of charge (the hotel should however consider increasing the number of bikes - there were only two),
*clean rooms with smart TV (youtube&Netflix available) however the basic room could be a bit bigger but it's size was clearly indicated on booking.com, so I cannot make any complaint in this regard - if you want more space, consider selecting a higher room category when booking,
*great price/quality ratio.
Thanks for the stay! We will come back for sure! ;)

This is by far my favorite hotel, not just in Tel Aviv. Service, facilities, cleanliness & location, everything is impeccable. And if there is the slightest of problems, the staff will do flips to fix it. I am afraid that they have ruined me for all other hotels as I judge it by the Cucu standards.
This is not a dislike but something to consider as this is a converted apartment building, Some of the rooms are small, so for longer stays, it might be an issue.
My room came with a breakfast, which is served at the restaurant in the front. It is good, but I try to avoid breakfast at the hotel in Tel Aviv as there are so many other options.

Great central location. Super tasty breakfast and friendly staff.
Due to central location there was quite a lot of noise and rooms need sound proofing.

The hotel general manager, Michael, was very helpful. He made us feel like we were the only guests there and was concerned we would enjoy our three-night stay. The CuCu rooms are quite concise. Some rooms could use additional amenities for putting stuff away but all-in-all this boutique hotel was quite convenient for our stay. The graphics and images through-out the hallways and in the elevator were quite pleasing and intone with the hotel's brand—CuCu. There was even button to press in the elevator that sounded "coo coo, coo coo."
More hooks and space for our luggage and jackets
