L’emplacement est idéal en plein vieux Nice. Il y a une Clim mais pas aussi efficace que l’on aurait aimé. Logement plutôt propre et literie confortable.

Le couloir et les escaliers pour accéder au logement sont pour le moins rustiques et il y avait un cafard mort dans l’escalier… on comprend ainsi pourquoi il y avait une affiche pour désinsectisation de prévue, ce qui était d’ailleurs, peu rassurant. Le ménage aurait pu être plus minutieux, j’ai retrouvé des choses dans la poubelle de la salle de bain des anciens résidents et le frigo n’était pas propre. La robinetterie de douche était instable. Le grand rideau, nous pensions qu’il donnait sur une fenêtre, mais c’est du rangement… My bad 😅

Ten out of ten for the location. Right next to the trams and buses - comfy bed, powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet building. Excellent communication with the friendly helpful staff.

We had a few issues with the bathroom but the owners are aware and are resolving these problems.

Accès à l'appart. pas facile avec bagages Boîte à clés impossible à démonter sans outillage !!! Pas d'accès à Internet ni à la wifi??? Conclusion: prix trop élevé par rapport au service rendu
