An excellent family-run business with some of the friendliest people we met in Albania. The accommodation is close to the beach and offers a freshly prepared breakfast every morning, making for a great start to the day. The place is clean, with spacious apartments and convenient parking. The accommodation is well maintained, bright, and tidy.
The living room, equipped with air conditioning, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen, adds to the overall comfort of the stay and provides a lovely space to spend time together, especially when preparing meals. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Although a little additional storage space could be a useful addition, it was not an issue for us during our stay.
The bathroom is a good size and features a lovely rainfall shower. A small shelf for toiletries could be a nice addition, although the available storage was perfectly fine for us.
The apartment also has a lovely wraparound balcony with a seating area and partial sea views, making it a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. Each room has its own door leading onto the balcony, and the insect screen doors are a thoughtful touch, allowing fresh air in while keeping flies and other insects out of the apartment.
All our small requests were handled promptly, and resolved in a very short time.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this family-run accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place close to the beach, with warm hospitality and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy.

It was a pretty hotel, very close to the centre of ksamil and had parking.
We reserved a studio with a sea view, but were given a tiny double bedroom with a partial sea view from the corner of the balcony. The description is very misleading, it's not a studio at all and you barely see the sea. Also the door of the shower had been removed, so water went everywhere, and it was not the same shower shown in the pictures. The food at breakfast was also cold. Was very disappointed because all the reasons why I booked this particular hotel were non-existent when we actually showed up. I asked to change the room but they told us there were no other options available.
