The staff was really friendly and helpful
We had a large ant- family picnic in our room ( they have cleaned pretty fast once we alerted the staff) but between 22-23:40 the alarm in our room went crazy and we couldn’t sleep till midnight. Contacted the staff remotely but at the end what helped(!?) is to switch off/ disconnect everything the room.

"We arrived late and needed a bit of help with getting in the property with codes etc but managed in the end. We were very tired and the room was very comfortable, wifi was good, and had air condition..."
