The location and the layout of the property. Well laid out with kitchen and living areas downstairs then up one level to three bedrooms and bathroom. On the top level is the amazing rooftop terrace.
Nothing.

This is a hard review to write - there were so many good things about the apartment. Its location is excellent and the decor was interesting and quirky. The roof terrace was sublime...I could have sat there for hours. But I couldn't because of the nightclub next door.
There were a few issues, some of which I have subsequently seen raised in earlier reviews:
1. The downstairs toilet is "quirky" - in other words, it hardly worked. We gave up trying to use it.
2. The sofa bed described as a feature of the apartment did not work.
3. Two of the bedrooms had beds that were quite small - they'd be fine for kids, but adults were a bit of a stretch.
4. The nightclub. We were there over a weekend, and maybe that made a difference; the music started at 6.30 pm on Thurs, through to ~2.00 am. A later start on Fri and Sat - but also a later finish. If you like Italian techno, maybe you won't mind it. For us, the serenity of sitting on the roof terrace was well and truly dashed.
