The spacious family room
The rather small toilet and shower
Breakfast buffet is not great, esp cold half boiled eggs, only melon for fruits and staff are not polite! No courtesy just take away the used plates without asking if it’s ok to take them away!!!

But i paid on booking.com said that the room is sea view. But upon arrival to check in, the hotel management gave me the city view room. I asked why and the hotel management said the room is subject to availability. Wtf is this?

The room is spacious
I book for 4 adults but i received a room for 3 adults,it’s quite disappointing bcause i pay a large of money for the stay yet we are given extra bed and free breakfast. I thought the price would be reduced.Please updates about the rooms in the page as it was misleading.And please alert on the details of the booking by the guest beforehand.Tq.

VERY POOR ! using MCO-Covid 19 as an excuse not giving extra access card.only 1 card provided, when I was asleep, my colleague need to go out and he have to bring the card n I sleep in the dark and aircond off ! Stupid excuse. 1 ROOM, 2 Guest, only 1 COMPLIMENTARY MINERAL WATER, U WANT MORE ? PAY ! STUPID.
SHOWER FLOOR TRAP CLOGGED, FLOODING WHOLE TOILET.
