Location was excellent and the the staff were amazing. Leonee and Sennuri were very helpful but top marks to Alessandro. He was excellent with his communication skills and his advice and help throughout the stay. It’s things like this that make a difference. Alessandro was very welcoming and clear with all the check in procedures .throughout the stay he was available by WhatsApp on any help that we needed. Thank you

Location right into the heart of Naples could not ask for more. Alessandro always available offering advice on anything. He arranged for a taxi to airport on way back at a fixed price.
Nothing although entrance appears shabby once inside it’s all modern and top.
