fantastic location!!! great host
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The apartment is in a old building on the 4th floor, with no elevator. It has two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The apartment was very clean, and we received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. There were enough towels and we liked the mattress and pillows.
The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the city walls.
It would be nice to have an coffee machine at the apartment.
The stairs are steep and slippery, which makes them difficult to climb. And climbing the 60 steep stairs is challenge, especially with luggage.
Downstairs there is a restaurant. This means there can be quite a lot of noise, especially during the weekend.
Also there was a constant noise from what sounded like a generator in the main bedroom. We could not sleep there and had to use the bedroom facing the street, which has two single beds.
Last but not least we were asked to sign a rental agreement. We believe that should be clearly stated in the listing description of booking.

Space to spread out, laundry, views, access to centro
4 flights of stairs - it was good exercise for us, but beware if you have a problem with stairs
