Beautiful and relaxed

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful little resort in a quiet spot on Ao Khao Kwai beach. Tastefully decorated bungalows and restaurant, really good food and coffee and a relaxed beachfront area. Toi and Liam were extremely friendly and helpful, all day long ready to help you with whatever needs you might have. Thank you so much to both of you and the rest of the team!

A perfect stay. Amazing owners and a dog that I wanted to take home with me!

From the minute we were dropped off by the tuk tuk we were greeted as friends. The owners, sam and Toi are just hilarious… but in all the right ways . Sam is the outgoing ball of energy that we didn’t know we needed in our lives. Toi is so witty with her humour and their dog, Suzy was one step away for being stollen by us! The location is just perfect. The beach is stunning. Clean and quiet. If we needed anything… even sunglasses they would go out of their way to help us (they even bought me some and got me a very good deal and they looked great!) Food in the restaurant is delicious and the Choo chee curry was exactly what I needed. Don’t stay there if you don’t want the friendly welcome but that would be a sad thing to miss out on! Be prepared to want to extend your stay and find they don’t have availability!!! We tried begging and crying and holding onto their ankles but sadly, they were as loyal and kind to all their guests and not just us! Haha!

Laut und überteuert

Schöner Strand

Sehr laut, sehr beengt,von morgens bis abends Lärm von allen Seiten,insbesondere vom Restaurant durch unnötig laute Gespräche und von der Nachbaranlage, Küche und Motoradpiste dicht hinter unserem Zimmer. Überteuertes Restaurant ohne vegetarische Karte. Zimmerpreis zu hoch!!!

Härligt ställe precis vid eb av de bästa stränderna.

Trevlig plats, med fin strand. Hotellet ligger perfekt och har utnyttjat platsen med restaurang med fin utsikt och solstolar vid havet. Väldigt trevligt och bara service.

Dit was zeker boven verwachting te meer omdat dit niet onze eerste keus was, cadeautje dus!

Locatie was top, beste strand van het eiland. Ontbijt en het eten in het algemeen was top. Wat natuurlijk het meest opviel was de super vriendelijke zorg van de host (Teh (?) en haar helper Liam. We waren zieken en werden goed verzorgd, super lief! 🙏❤️

Super schöner Ort mit bestem Strand und verbesserungspotential beim Essen.

Sehr stylisch und schöne Zimmer. Liam ist super herzlich und nett. Super Strand, der beste der Insel, da man bei Flut und Ebbe schwimmen kann.

Das Essen ist etwas teuer. Kleine Portionen.

Beautiful quiet hotel in the best Thai island

Rooms are really beautiful, well decorated. Hotel is set on one of the best beaches in the island . Really quiet and good eating options around the hotel . The manager was really kind in trying to help us finding our lost bags at the airport.

We had a small mouse running inside our room throughout our 3 night stay. Hotel restaurant was a bit pricey compared to other good options next to it .

Comfy bed, nice and calm beach location

P'Toey, Sam and Liam was really nice, warm welcome and helpful. We had a good time staying there and definitely stay there again.

Superb

The beach is beautiful, the food is excellent. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

An a/c would’ve been nice. We knew they didn’t have one, but it was our first room in Thailand without one and now we know what it’s like not to have an a/c 😜

Amazing stay

Staying in Baan Klong Kleng was such a treat that we felt in love constantly in place and location and entire island. First of all our host Sam was a hospitality by definition. From the very hello this guy makes you feel like you’re the most welcomed person on the island. Then the quality of the service and accommodation followed. Wonderful room, although I have to mention it seemed like the best one within all the bungalows so you have to make sure you know which one you book. Spotless design, high quality insect nets, meticulously clean. The restaurant serves amazing food, not the cheapest one I have to admit but worth every penny. We’re looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful setting, Toi was amazing. Excellent quality food..

Cold shower (but you get used to it) but biggest bathroom issue was the gaps in roofing which meant lots of mosquitoes but, worse, things dropping on your head when using the bathroom in the middle of the night - heart attack!!! Food and drinks are expensive

all in all a high quality stay at the quiet Buffalo bay

really nice and quiet location; great coffee (oatmilk!). food & beverages in general have a good quality. yoga classes, SUP available!

quite expensive food and small sizes; bathroom not very convenient (no separation between shower and toilet and the it is very dark in there)

If you want to feel totally spoilt and complete relaxation, stay here!

We treated ourselves to a 2 week stay in the deluxe villa with terrace and sea view. It was amazing! A short walk down the path and across the sand you’re on the beach. The villa was so beautifully decorated and clean. The staff absolutely made our stay, especially Toi! From day 1 we were made to feel at home and the staff went out of their way to organise things for us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was soo delicious and the kitchen staff were amazing! The resort is on Buffalo Bay which is the more romantic and cozy beach. We only had the best time and would recommend Baan Klong Kleng to all our family and friends. Thank you Toi and team ❤️

The perfect place for us

The location is beautiful, Buffalo bay is a gorgeous and very quiet bay but with enough places to eat or have a drink. Also the staff at Baan Klong Kleng is super friendly and always willing to help. The food in the restaurant is the best in the whole bay and I would recommend the Thai Milk Tea!
