Great Location 3 min walk from the cathedral.
Large comfortable rooms
Host was very helpful although we didnt meet her and relied on messaging
obtaining the key code via an app on arrival was too complicated. Even though the taxi was complimentary he had not been given the full address.
Couple of the dining chairs worn out.
Had to request fresh towels as the set provided were not dry 24 hrs later.
Bedding not changed during our 3 nights
Noisy late eve and early morning when bottles collected by local refuse men - things you can not do anything about and worth putting up with due to the excellent location

Great location in the historical centre near the cathedral. Lovely spacious rooms and balcony. Great to have a washing machine and dishwasher. Great communication and helpful staff.
Only issues were a plastic mattress cover which was sweaty and crackly at night and kept sliding off. On inspection it was torn and not in great condition. Also the surface on the headboard was coming off with wear and tear so it came off in small pieces no to the pillows. It would also be nice to have a couple of memory foam pillows too to choose from. Maybe the shower needs updating. Some people might find the bars below a little noisy at night. We were so tired that the noise didn’t bother us too much. The pool wasn’t terribly clean on the bottom or around the vents.

great location and good views to La Giralda.
information about the swimming pool on booking is totally misleading. The swimming pool is not shared by 4 apartments, as the owner claims, but by 12 apartments in addition to some clients who are sent by EME hotel which is next to Cathedral apartments. We could hardly use the swimming pool due to ilegal parties, with more than 15 people, where covid regulations were not respected. As reported to the owner, several groups of people were drinking and smoking drugs inside the swimming pool and hence we had to leave. The swimming pool not only exceeded the forum, but it was considerably dirty as shown in the pictures attached. Even though we reported the situation to the owners in several occasions, there was no solution which worked. Last time we reported a party with 15-20 people smoking weed during the afternoon. The owners kindly said to us they would solve the problem, but in practice they didn’t do it even though we warned about calling the police.
The ilegal party still remained until late night (4 AM). In short, if you’re thinking of booking here because of the swimming pool, you should think of other places around the centre where there’s more control. There’s no control as this place has no personal physically there to help you.
In addition to the swimming pool issues, even though the apartment looked pretty cozy, it was dirty: we cleaned several layers of dirt in one of the living room tables, the oven was also very dirty and the dish washer didn’t work properly as tablets didn’t dissolve.
This place doesn’t worth the price on booking. For the price we paid we could have booked something much better maintained and controlled in the center.
