Nestled in Carroll County, this lovely condo for $236 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. BLUE WATER DRIVE #65-4 (Sleeps six/1065 Sq. Feet) $170 per night (W$155)LAKESIDE, semi-secluded two-bedroom two-bathroom duplex. Beautiful hardwood and ceramic tile floors throughout and decorated in country charm. Master bedroom has KING BED, private bath, 19' TV with DVD/VCR. Second bedroom has KING BED, 25' TV, and DVD/VCR. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV, DVD, stereo, and sliding glass doors to private deck. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning with ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Large 10 by 20 foot deck with it’s own PERSONAL SIX-PERSON HOT TUB and an adjoining door to #3 for groups. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. There are two parking spaces available. Together, all three Blue Water Drive properties will sleep a total of 18 guests! Spend a romantic evening relaxing in the soothing waters of the hot tub overlooking the peaceful serenity of the lake. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds. Large level yard with plenty of room for children to play. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 100 yards down to the lake and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Semi-circle driveway for easy boat parking, and only 1/8th mile from the full service marina where boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, there is a paved walking trail that goes right by the edge of the yard. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions! Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies. A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin so peaceful

It was supposed to be us and another couple but the other couple could not make it. Had they been there, it would have been perfect for two couples. I would not want to sleep on the couch, but that is just me. Beds were comfortable, towels were abundant, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, etc... We went to the local market and bought breakfast and lunch food and spent our days in Eureka Springs. It seems like forever to get out there, but after you make the trip back and forth to Eureka, it is really a short distance. Having stayed downtown for several years in a row, this was quiet and serene. Eureka is just too noisy for us to sleep. In all, if you are looking for a quiet restful place to stay and still take advantage of Eureka, then this is your place. Also, give the Gaskin's Family Steakhouse a try. It is between the house and Eureka, and I would certainly give it a 5. The prime rib was outstanding.

This was the very worst of our VRBO stays! The property shows (pics) of access to the lake. The backyard was overgrown to the point that there was no lake access. The house smelled strongly of a musty, old odor which was noticeable upon entry and, in spite of air freshener, the smell remained. The linens were all old and worn. Just not at all the quality of home that should be listed with VRBO.

This was the first get away my husband and i have had since we were married in eureka springs 15 years earlier. The holiday island neighborhood was perfect for us. Not crowded with people. Beautiful scenery everywhere. Would love to visit again!

The property was very clean upon our arrival with the exception of the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub looked as if it had not been cleaned due to green scum on the sides and debris located around the water intake. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again if we were to come back.

We really liked this location to visit Eureka Springs. The house was just right for us. My Farmhouse Café and Bakery down the road was convenient and we had breakfast there both mornings.
The only two things we had issues with is the coffee maker leaked and the hot tub would not heat above 84 degrees. I made contact with the owner and the coffee maker was replaced and the hot tub was checked. However, the hot tub never did heat above 84 degrees, which was a bummer as it was one of the reasons we booked here.
We wouldn't mind staying here again if given the chance and hopefully the hot tub warms up more than 84 degrees.
