Very nice property with different styles of accomodation. Good for solo travelers as it's social. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was kept very clean. The pool was nice to cool off mid day. The game drives/combo tours that are offered on site are at a great value.
Location is far from center. Small things like more mirrors and soap at the bathroom sink would make a difference.
I wanted to book activities and asked for help with a transfer (which was offered to me after my booking was confirmed) prior to my arrival, sadly there was no response to several of my messages and calls through booking.com and whatsapp.

Everything went well. Our room was spacious and comfortable We had a private bathroom and toilet. The grounds and garden wee delightful. The pool always clean, soft lighting illuminated the trees at night. Birdlife was great, and we met delightful travellers from many countries. Most of all, the STAFF were so welcoming and kind to us, always ready to help with anything. It was a privilege to stay there. Ke a leboga

The accommodation had a free shuttle to the shops and back which was a great touch.
Kitchen is not well kept, cardboards are falling apart and some utensils are worn out. Paid for breakfast and never got any.
