Very good

The roof terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent WiFi. Great views. Several good restaurants in nearby Los Belones.

The stairs up to our apartment were the price we paid to have the roof terrace!

En una de las habitaciones no hay aire y hacia mucho calor, aunque se que si hubiéramos pedido ventilador, nos lo hubieran facilitado. La nevera bastante antigua, no enfriaba mucho. Es incómodo porque tiene muchas escaleras, pero era algo con lo que contábamos, ya que lo explican. Un poco caro

Horror en Los Nietos

Nada.

Mejor ir por orden, primero suciedad extrema, había basura debajo el sofá, cucarachas en la cocina y habitaciones, avispas en las inmediaciones y polvo a reudales en los armarios, supongo que eso es reponsabilidad de la inmobiliaria que lo gestiona. Segundo, muebles rotos, sofá muy incómodo y viejo, mobiliario de la época de cuéntame y para rematar camas súper incómodas y viejas siguiendo la tónica general de la casa, mejor no mencionar la vajilla y menaje de la cocina...horror, supongo que esto segundo es responabilidad compartida del que se creerá un gran inversor por alquilar este cuchitril a precio de mercado pensando que los demás estamos muy desesperados por estar cerca de la playa...y la inmobiliaria por permitir alquilar este apartamento en dichas condiciones. Tercero, accesos, escaleras infernales y la terraza está fuera del apartamento, tienes que salir y volver a subir escaleras para acceder a ella, un desastre. Cuarto, 2 toallas para 15 días, y un juego de sábanas, estupendo. Quinto, cuando enciendes el aire acondicionado parece que un airbus vaya a despegar en la terraza, enfocando los aparatos a la misma, con lo cual si te sientas allí a parte de sofocarte con el aire caliente que desprende el aparato, solo puedrs hablar por señar, relax total in front of the sea, en fin. Supongo que los aires tienen la misma edad que todo lo demás... Sexto, antes de realizar el check in, te solicitan si tienes mascota, te cobran 240e por dos mascotas 15 días aludiendo a extras de limpieza...si no los abonas no te facilitan la información del check in, unos caraduras viendo en que estado de limpieza nos encontramos el apartamento por no mencionar que no especifican cantidad al reservar el apartamento. Séptimo, antes de realizar el check in, te solicitan fianza de 50e no reembolsable o 200e reembolsables previa revisión de la cuadra, lo mismo que lo anterior, sino los abonas no tienes información de como acceder, llaves, etc.

La ubicación perfecta, estaba cerca del trabajo.

No es algo que se pueda elegir pero los vecinos de al lado molestaron bastante. Además encontré una cucaracha en el sumidero. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
