Disappointed

Location is great. Staff was friendly. Apartment was an excellent size

The apartment had a terrible odor as soon as we walked in. Dishes were not clean. Bed sheets were torn and stained. Beds and sofas are not firm

Spacious, clean, had loads of light coming in

There were no extractors in the bathrooms even thought the windows only opened to 5cm +\-.

Spacious, equipped, looks nice and well located. It felt comfortable.

Little inconveniences, no two pin or usb charging, no dish cloth, no bin liners, no hangers but plenty cupboard space. TV does not have YouTube and other streaming platforms.

Staff was friendly and very helpful Location was good Apartment size was generous Washer/dryer in the apartment Decent size kitchen Great view from the 5th floor On site generator was very useful during the frequent load shedding going on in Joh'burg at the moment

Originally put in a room that wasn't clean - no linen on the bed and dishes still in the sink While tidy the apartment did look 'worn' with scuff marks visible on most walls. Very visible mould in one of the bathrooms and and inadequate extractor fan to help prevent it.

A great stay. home away from home. we enjoyed the Accomodation

Excellent location and view. Wi-Fi worked very well. sufficient pre-paid electricity was provided and best of all no power interruptions during load shedding as the property has a generator. Security was friendly and efficient. Check in and out was so easy.

It was a comfortable stay in a clean and neat environment

Easy met the guard at the reception after he indicated where to park. It was load-shedding at the time but there was a generator running smoothly. All the appliances when you're done working condition place looked overall good

The DStv did not work and the curtains were not working properly on the rail.

Fair value.

The apartment was neat and tidy. Clean on arrival. It is in a good location central to most places and walking distance from Rosebank Mall.

Wifi was difficult to connect. The given password did not work for our router and we had to connect to a different router which had poor strength. The apartment did not have an iron, but did have an ironing board. There was no air conditioner or fan in the apartment. It was ridiculously hot and uncomfortable to sleep due to the temperatures.

Location is excellent, very central and i felt safe at all times staff is friendly House is very spacious and has a lot of light. the varanda was a plus

I did not realize that the host doesnt clean the house on sundays Linen is very old The couch is old and loose, has cigarette holes

Superb

It was modern , comfortable, and clean. The building has a generator, so we were not affected by load shedding. I asked for the bed configuration to be changed in one room, and it was done.

The towels were a bit dated. For a longer stay, additional towels should be provided. The couch looks a bit worn out.

A home away from home

When you enter the Apex, you are greeted by the best stuff members who immediately make you feel at ease. Very professional and helpful. Everything in the apartment was exactly as described, beautiful interior design, neat and spacious. Family friendly and private.

The location was perfect and the front desk stuff were very helpful and friendly.

The place wasn't very clean. The sheets and some of the towels had holes in them. Also, it's gets chilly in the evenings and they had no extra blankets or a heater.

Poor value for the money paid.

Location

The beds in the rooms were smaller than what was described. The main bedroom should have had a queen bed, but it had a double bed. The second bedroom had two single beds rather than a double bed. The walls were dirty. The money paid for this apartment was not worth it.
