El sitio es tranquilo pero el dueño NO ES DE FIAR!

Desayuno "incluido" se negó a ponerlo. Tuvimos que desayunar en un establecimiento externo.

El desayuno estaba incluido. Pero nos teníamos que ir a las 7:30 y el dueño (italiano) nos dijo que era demasiado temprano para él. Vale. Pero a las 7 había un excelente desayuno preparado... para otros clientes!!! Increíble, por mucho que protestamos el dueño solo sonreía. En nuestra llegada y estancia no hubo ningún problema que justificase su actitud. Quizás el dueño odia a los españoles? NO ES UN SITIO RECOMENDABLE. Además, OJO: nos cobró más caro que lo que decía en la reserva. Pensamos que eran tasas, pero luego revisando, ponía 'Tasas incluidas'. Ni nos pidió nombre ni pasaporte ni nada.

Casa muy familiar y cat friendly

El trato que nos dio Vito en su casa. Un desayuno muy elaborado y muy bueno. Es perfecto si eres cat friendly porque hay muchos gatitos.

En una de las habitaciones la cortina de la ventana no tapaba toda la ventana. Entra mucha luz a la habitación.

extremely high value for money. super nice and helpful host, great location with stunning views, comfortable beds and nice rooms. The shower is working properly, good pressure and instant hot water. High security. Rooms are well decorated.

Very kind host in lovely location at beginning of Paul valley

The host is very friendly and extremely helpful with local tips and hike recommendations. The location is perfect, at the center of Paul where most Aluguer park and wait for clients. The start of the great hike to the Cova de Paul is just 15 mins away by Aluguer (350 escudos). Room clean and comfy; we had a shared bathroom and was cleaned every day.

The host loves cats; not a problem at all, but good to know for travellers. Activities in town start early in the morning and it can be noisy from 7 am. But not a bad wake-up time for hikers ;)

Very good

The owner is really nice and helped us to find some hiking trails. We talked a lot and even ccoked and ate together. He has lots of cats, so you have to be a cat lover. The place is perfectly connected and you can go everywhere by bus. Thanks for this great vocation :)

Our room and shared bathroom were simple, but fine. Perfect location in Paúl. Vito, the owner, is very kind and helpful.

Personally, we do like cats, but not between kitchen utensils and on kitchen tables.

Best place in Paul

Everything! Vito, the host, is a wonderful person. We had to leave early in the morning and so he prepared breakfast to take away. The best breakfast I had.. he even made polenta! :) If you have the time, it is wonderful to just sit in the kitchen and have a cup of tea while you talk with Vito. The place is super well situated, in a quiet street and a 4min walking distance from shops and restaurants/cafes. We slept with a view of the mountain..simply beautiful. I would definitely choose this place to stay!

Superb

Location is good: there are several restaurants/shops/atm’s at walking distance and it’s a good starting point location for several hikes. The owner is extremely friendly! I felt sorry I didn’t speak his languages, would’ve been nice to talk properly. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Price-quality the best you will find in Paul I think!

I like cats so I didn’t mind but if you don’t it’s not a good place for you since they are everywhere (downstairs and in the kitchen, not in your personal room)

Best owner ever

The owner, Vito! He is just the best. You can be chatting with him for hours. He has a very good story to tell (I won't make spoilers, go and find out for yourself) and he is genuinely interested in what you have to tell too. Ask why it is called Misurino ;) Vito prepares a very nice (and Italian) breakfast with care and love. It is good to have this kind of food when after a while having local food. The cats are incredibly friendly and lovely, and don't bother you. The room is big and the beds are comfy. Vito cleans the room, the bathroom and makes the bed for you even if it not really necessary. There is very little noise outside. The whole stay made us want to come back and stay again at Misurino

we were warmly welcomed by the host, who prepared a delicious breakfast to take away for us, early in the morning to catch the ferry. he even made fresh coffee. very kind host!

Amazing stay in Paul’s Valley !

Vito is a great host! Always helpful and friendly. Misurino is discreet a and beautiful house, very well located in Paul’s valley. I loved the decorations, the colours and the cats :) and Vito’s breakfast is delicious! We stayed more days because we were so comfortable. The rooms are very clean and they had everything we needed. Grazie Vito! Baci

Bed sheets are very clean, the owner (Vitor) is extremelly friendly and helpful, the view of our room is bucolic, we have a beautiful mountain and a papaya tree in front 😍!

Superb

Vito was an excellent host, very friendly and talkative without being obtrusive. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious. Perfect starting point for hiking trips in Paúl. Best bedsheets I had during my whole stay in Cape Verde. I highly recommend staying at Misurino.
