Bel hotel pour un séjour en famille

Magnifique chambre très spacieuse. Le design moderne. Belle terrasse vue sur la piscine. Grande salle de bain avec bain et douche très spacieuse. L espace piscine est agréable. Au pool bar entre 18h et 19h il y a un service de cocktail gratuit. Le spa est très agréable, massage divin. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné.

L'espace restaurant n'est pas très chaleureux. Une petite terrasse aurait été fort appréciée. Le petit-déjeuner assez simple. Le repas du soir à la carte était bon.

An excellent place for relaxation

It was a luxury hotel for relaxation. Pool was enjoyable. Room was big enough with plenty if space for luggage.

Some rooms were not well connected to main lobby to avoid getting wet or probable accident in case of rain.

Great stay, would recommend to friends and fam visiting Siem Reap 100%

The staff were amazing. Super nice and friendly. They were always keen to help - from bookings, airport transfer, to everyday stuff like ice or tidying up the room. The pool was awesome and they had a happy hour from 6-7pm which gave out free drinks - literally for free!

The breakfast could of been a bit better as the quality was not so good of the cooked items. The egg station and fruite selection was good though.

Warm welcome, wonderful place, beautiful rooms, great food at the restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and they offer a free pick-up from the airport. I'm definitely going back if in the area.

Perfect stay in a wonderful place with heartwarming people! Beautiful and very relaxing pool area. The staff is absolutely attentive, heartwarming friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, good food from the restaurant & cocktails (one hour per day free cocktails for everyone), great sunrise trip to Angkor with tour guide organized from the hotel, relaxing massage (50% off price for guests), free airport shuttle etc. This was the best hotel experience we had on our tour and we can highly recommend the hotel. ❤️

people being able to smoke anywhere throughout the property. We spent little time by the pool or the pool bar because of this.

I can only recommend it for travellers looking for quiet and comfortable overnight stay

Stylishly decorated hotel, big rooms, friendly staff, a little outside town, but within easy reach by tuktuk. As a bonus, the hotel offers free tuktuk ride to town between 5 and 8pm and 1 free cocktail between 6 and 7pm

Extensive and excellent breakfast buffet but bread should be better. Too little space where free cocktail is served and too loud music on top, in an otherwise very quiet hotel

Everything was perfect but the quality of the food is regular. I recommend eating in a good restaurant in the center of Siam Reap ( 5 minutes in tuk tuk).

The perfect retreat in Siem Reap

The architecture was incredible! Everything was very well kept despite the staff crisis in Asia. ( Shortage of personal around all of Asia) The rooms are very spacious and well appointed! The bath tube is huge! easily fits two! The first floor is definitely the place to stay! There is a free cocktail happy hour from 18:00! The breakfast is a feast and changes every day. You should really try the Khmer breakfast with spring rolls. If something is not available they will cook it for you. But most of all THE STAFF! Everybody working there couldn't do anything more to make our stay pleasant. They were genuinely caring and helpful! Thank you so much!

The spa masajes. The spa is beautiful but the level of the masajes does not match what is on offer in the city. Screaming kids around the pool but what can you do about this! I guess adult only hotel would be more in keeping with the style of the hotel.

Its a beautiful property with very welcoming and kind staff. Beautiful pool area and I really had a great massage at the spa. The rooms are super stylish, minimalistic and simply beautiful.

The western food from the menu is not fantastic. They definitely cook local food better. There was a big show of wine on a table, but they couldn't provide a wine menu. I ordered the only available glass of wine and it was bad (probably the wine was open for a while), but after my request, they changed it and got me a new glass.

What an excellent place. My friend and me have spent there a few days for celebrating NY, and it was awesome. The stuff is extremely helpful and attentive. They took care of us and tried to make our stay even more excited. Thank you so much the stuff for their support and kindness🙏 The hotel provides free rides downtown from 17 till 20, and also free airport shuttle. Spa treatments were with 50% discount, and it was excellent. The room service was amazing, the restaurant with local dishes are very delicious. And every evening from 6-7 we had free drinks near the pool☺️ Rooms are beautiful, clean, large and very comfortable, you can find everything what you need. Sitting on the terrace in the evening is cute and relaxing, there is so quite place. If you want to receive amazing experience during your trip in Siem Reap, we would recommend this hotel!

Best place to stay in siem reap

Very nice rooms. Much larger than others. There was happy hours ( 6-7pm ) every day. Had amazing time around pool. Little away from pub street but they provide free tuk tuk. We had a bike so it was not a problem. Nice breakfast. Would surely recommend to anyone going to siem reap.

Delicious breakfast buffet (Asian and Western food); extremely friendly and attentive/helpful staff. Free airport shuttle and to the city center.

all in all a comfortable stay with lovely staff

helpful and attentive staff, free airport transfer both ways, and free cocktails in the evenings. Rooms were clean and comfortable. staff assisted with all of my requests.

not really the property but fair warning to those coming during the wet season: the road outside gets flooded
