This property was top quality and very clean and well organised . Right across from train station and was convinient for the early checkout and the early Bernina express start . Bonus had a washing machine and full kitchen

It was a big unit and clean.
No heat yet and it was freezing.

Very close to station. Very clean. Breakfast offer was great! Fresh good breakfast and easily get back to train station.
Had to figure out where to check in- hotel to get keys. The bed did not have a top sheet so the light comforter in the closet was still a little bit too warm. The pillows were awful- flat and hard!

Proximity to the station
Finding the place was difficult and confusing despite the message giving directions.
Despite the name stating b&b, breakfast was not included which for the price paid should have been.
The building the room was in was dark and seemingly unsafe and there was no ability to ensure the door was completely locked as there was no key or lock on the door. We put a chair there to feel safer.
Our room was not as described. The photos on the booking site were completely different. I’d booked a twin room with a balcony so that I could air some clothes. There was no balcony. When I questioned this at the other building’s reception I was told there were no other rooms and to contact the owner. The owner has not responded to my messages.
The kettle was dirty, had something floating in it and needed a good clean out, hook in the bathroom was loose and a few of the spotlights in the ceiling were not working and yet I was told this room had been recently refurbished.
