good location but CityBreaks needs to work on their customer service.

Beds comfortable and location good.

Cold shower and lack of heating. No welcome pack and had to phone to get address and other details, i..e app for entry.

We didn’t stay we had to pay to go somewhere else because it should have been a full twins and a sofa and it was not and

Nothing it wasn’t even what we booked and they refused to refund

Wasn’t what we booked also was t very clean when we checked it out

Don’t always the photos

When we arrived at the property I was so disappointed. Nothing like we expected further out of town than indicated, no where near the grand canal. When we spoke to management we were told that the photos on the booking page are a sample of all there properties not necessarily the one we booked this is very misleading If you book a two bedroom apartment that is what you expect not a house in a residential street this also happened to us in Spain with a booking so now I will be more cautious when using this booking platform

The house was fine just not what we expected

Disappointed

Provided the crib we asked for. The location was fine. The bathroom was clean and new.

It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Respectfully, that sofa should be thrown away. It’s a two floor apartment but STAIRS are NOT mentioned anywhere in the description. Why? I traveled with an infant. Had I known that there were stairs would have never booked. I asked for an earlier checkin. If I wanted to get in more than an hour earlier I had to pay 25€ (when available) - fine! But they let me know that the apartment was available for an early check in only 20 minutes prior to the check-in time and only after I sent them an email. The address is not the one on booking but a couple of streets further. That was a bit confusing. For the three days thays that we spent there we didn’t have any WiFi AT ALL, even though we complained. Lastly, the mattresses and pillows weren’t comfortable.

The location is perfect for the Aviva Stadium. The key entry with an app was seamless.

It's very expensive for a double bed and a sofa bed but that's Dublin for you.
