Great value, central and modern place!

The room is a great size for a solo traveller with plenty of floor space thanks to the loft style. It has a great heating system, no complaints for winter/spring weather. The location is great, I enjoy walking so I can walk to both myeongdong and euljiro 1-ga station and get to anywhere in Seoul instantly. Good location for shoppers, you can shop in MD street and it's close enough to walk back for a rest and drop off your shopping to go for another round!

The stairs to get to the loft is quite steep so you'll have to be really cautious going up and down! There wasn't any electric plugs near the mirror so it may be challenging if you need it to style your hair.

Value for money

Few min to subway and Myeong-dong centre and property is clean. Could leave luggage and go shopping and drop back the stuffs after check out as location is super convenient

The room is a bit small and a bit hot as no air conditioning at night

Modern and spacious loft rooms in a great location

The mattresses were very comfortable, the bathroom amenities were nice, and the room was spacious even in the loft area. The common room kitchen was excellent and friendly staff made our trip a good one.

The fan was too close to the upper bunk bed (had to be careful not to hit it), and aircon temperature was fixed too high, so the room did not get cool enough for us.

Great location near the metro, spacious shared kitchen, clean room with its own balcony! :) Our flight was delayed and the owner sent detailed information for a late check-in.

It was really nice staying there and it was worth the money.

Really nice and modern room. Perfect for one person. There is also a dining room and a kitchen if you don’t want to eat outside every time. The staff was really friendly.

The rooms are not extremely soundproof. You could sometimes hear the room neighbors talk.

Great location! The guesthouse is very clean and confortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend!

Exceptional

It was the facilities and the owner's service that had me set my mind on this guesthouse as the best in MyeongDong. Facilities are real good, and the hotel is SUPER CLEAN. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and even solved many of my problems in Lotte mart (the cashier had gotten my receipt wrong an it was overpriced with products i didn't buy) the owner helped me with it and gotten a refund. Totally the best in MyeongDong!

highly recommend and awesome!

Very nice host. superb location with a lot of restaurants and convenience store. 2 good halal restaurants few steps away. near the subway. walking distance to both n Seoul tower and myeong dong shopping. good quality fitting and like brand new.

would be nice a small sofa in the room.

- Brand new hotel. Clean and tidy. - 5 Mins from Myeongdong subway - Surrounded by convinient store and restaurants - Nice roof top. Good view of Namsan tower. - There is washing machine. - Good design hotel - Host can speak English well - Big kitchen equipped with everything you need.

great location with food options right outside, close to station 3 minute walk

I only wished the window had a fly screen because we left the window open for fresh air and a mosquito came in and ate me to death 😂
