Very clean. Close to restaurants.
Metro line 13 is around the corner, but it’s not the main metro line.

First time booking a hotel in Paris and first time in Montparnasse. I have to say, Bob Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size (for Paris standards), with all the services, clean, and with an elevator (hard to find in Paris). The staff was always very friendly. The location is unbeatable; you can find a coffee shop, a bar, a highly recommended Japanese restaurant, and a supermarket.
The hotel is pretty close to a metro station.
Nothing, it was perfect

Great location and comfortable room. The room may be small but has enough space to spread out one large suitcase. Great that there is an elevator for getting that large suitcase up to 6th floor. Bed is comfortable and room is kept at good temperature with a/c unit. Very close to metro stop and many restaurants in the area.
