The staff were brilliant - always approachable and so helpful. The secret museum in the basement and the quirky decor throughout the hotel made it a really unique and fun experience.
It was quite hot in our room but once we got the hang of the air conditioning it was fine.

I really enjoyed the hotel’s location - it was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even offered a complimentary drink voucher when my room wasn’t ready yet. The overall interior is lovely and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, my room had a noticeable stale smell and even some ants, so it didn’t feel properly clean. The breakfast selection was also more limited than I expected. While the staff were friendly, they weren’t very flexible when I had a few additional requests. Overall, I don’t think this hotel deserves an 8.5 rating - I’ve had much better experiences at places rated 8.
