Well decorated, spacious room. The room was very clean and the hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was good with both a buffet and the option of ordering from an à la carte menu.
It was a bit loud. Even though we didn’t face the busy street, the church bells ring throughout the night and you can very easily hear people in the hallway. Also, the new building isn’t accessibility friendly. You have to take stairs to get to the first landing with the elevator which is tiny. Confusing what was happening with the sinks. The first day the sink was clogged and they seemed to keep coming back to fix it. On the final night the drain stopper had been taken out completely and was just left in the sink. We also didn’t consistently get our towels replaced. It was confusing if they just had a policy of not replacing towels or not. Would have appreciated during checkout for them to ask if we needed a ride to the airport or help bringing out luggage somewhere since you have to drag your luggage through covent garden to a street. All minor things. The hotel overall was very nice. Would stay again

The location is outstanding, situated walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops and things to do. The room was lovely. Very spacious for the size of the building. Extremely comfortable and quiet despite the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location, in the heart of Coventry Garden. Ideally placed for theatres, superb restaurants, museums and art galleries. By London standards, the room was generous in size, and the bed was so comfortable.
The taped music selection playing in the restaurant is really dire. Each track had the effect on us of a fork scraping down a blackboard. I would have appreciated more storage space in the room. Also, the tv in the room didn’t work well, as the signal kept cutting out every couple of minutes.

Room was nice
I've stayed twice now: the lift was not working either time.
