Beautiful property. Easy transy access into Budapest. There was plenty of room for a family of 4.

AC unit did not work most of the time. No hot water on the last day of our stay. Washer, but no dryer. Washer took 3 hours and was only capable of doing 3 shirts at a time.

This is a great apartment in villa with superb host. Quiet, cozy, beautiful, warm and clean, interesting, romantic yet practical place. Wifi is fast and available everywhere. Half an hour by public transport to the city center. Busses are running frequently.

- the beautiful garden - the area is very quiet and relaxing - the apartment is located into a beautiful area, on the Buda hills, into a forest but still near to the town - the apartment is fully equipped and furnished, you find everything you need

- the apartment is at the semi-basement of a very big and beautiful house (old house) - there were some erotic paintings on the wall (maybe the owner can inform us about that, and they could easily be put apart and put back after our leave (we traveled with 2 small children)

1 very small point, I think the kitchen could do with an oven.
