I had a very nice stay at het huisje. I could use a bike for free, which was great and Jolanda was very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

It is a charming one huge room where bed is on the top and downstairs the living room with kitchenette. it is in a back yard of owners’ house, extremely well located. Jolande and Fred were extremely nice and helpful, space was extremely clean and there were small details that made it more interesting (e.g fresh flowers in the house, nice porch and space to stay to get some sun). Really great 😊 I loved it

Lovely little property tucked away behind the owner’s house. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped- perfect for our needs. Host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Breda for work or pleasure.

Nothing - all good

The location is really good. It's not too far from the main street/downtown, but still - very quiet, very cozy and very beautiful. Once we entered the premisses we felt like home as we've seen the lights coming from the candles here and there. The whole atmosphere inside is really nice. The furniture is very comfortable and yet - well chosen (really stylish to support the vintage look and feel). I have to say that the magic of this place hides in the small details.. a candle here, a box with tasty caramel waffles there, perfect lighting, fresh flowers.. Jolande was really nice and supportive. She made our stay even better than the one we've planned giving us great ideas for walks, restaurants, etc. I was travelling with my mom and Jolande was so kind to both of us and her positive energy and overall attitude made us feel even more welcome and the conversations we've had made me think of the host as a new friend of ours! The cottage is very comfortable. It is perfect for couples, families, partners. The kitchen is well equipped and it contains all possible things you might need to cook something for yourself or your loved ones.

There was a slight issue with the heating at first, but it was fixed really quick and Jolande made sure that we feel more than Ok!
