And for those looking to hit the links, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile north of this rental. Things to Know Elevator in the building. Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them. A resort fee (for amenity wristbands and parking passes) of $15 plus tax per person (5 years old and up) must be paid during mandatory pre-registering online. Website provided in confirmation email. This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo was neat and clean, and the view was perfect! The condo was perfect size for two people but could have handled a couple of younger children or a teenager in the smaller bedroom. I saw some complaints about the balcony size but felt it was perfect to relax and take in the view. The only thing I would say is that all area rugs on the tile floor slide. I know it's sounds trivial but if you have any balance issues, I'd move them out of the way (which I did). Ultimately, we really enjoyed the condo and would stay again for sure!!!

Nice view of the gulf and beach. Need to bring your own blankets. Only two chairs on the patio, but might be tight with more on the patio. Staff was helpful as very helpful and pleasant. Carpet should probably be replaced with tile. Enjoyed stay .

I plan on staying here again next summer! The view was gorgeous, the kitchen was stocked with every kind of cookware needed, the amenities were all well kept, and the umbrellas/chairs were all set at least 6 feet apart to help maintain social distancing. While I was surprised by the rather small size of the second bedroom, it was not a problem for us. One kid slept on the couch and the other in the small room. The living area was plenty spacious for us (2 adults and 2 older teens). We cooked and ate in the room a lot. We never felt cramped and all the appliances worked. Absolutely no complaints with the room or the property. Quick and easy access to the beach and friendly staff made this a truly enjoyable vacation for us. I look forward to staying here again.

Our stay at 808 Sterling Sands was wonderful! The unit was so clean (floors, surfaces, kitchen and baths), including the lines - crisp and fresh! The kitchen was well equipped which made it so easy to cook meals in. We also love being able to dine and drink coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. The pool is great! Thank You!!

Spectacular views from the 8th floor. The condo was quite spacious and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The grounds and pool area was also very nice.
