The manager who welcomed us and checked us in was very kind and friendly.
The location is extremely noisy, despite being described as quiet in the listing. It felt as though scooters and heavy trucks were driving right through the courtyard. This was the main reason we decided to shorten our stay.
One of the bedrooms had a strong smell of cigarettes or tobacco. When I reported these issues to the property management, they refused to shorten our reservation or refund the unused nights.
They only agreed to a refund after I contacted Booking.com Customer Service.
