Friendly & helpful staff that were there to sssist us when we arrived. To navigate 3 lockboxes, our luggage, and a tiny lift in a central & busy part of Naples was daunting so we were very pleased staff were there to assist us.
Some warnings about going out at night in that location may have been helpful. My friend was attacked and jewellery stolen and police told us that we shouldn’t wear jewellery in that part of Naples especially at night.

An absolute gem in Naples—felt like a true home away from home!
From the moment I first saw the photos and description on Booking, I fell in love with BB Metropolitan. I looked at other options, but I had a strong gut feeling that this was the right choice—and my intuition was spot on!
The entire stay felt safe, warm, and wonderfully welcoming. Even arriving was an experience—taking the vintage elevator felt like stepping back in time and really gave you a sense of how rich and historic the surrounding area is.
My room was a cozy sanctuary with beautiful blue curtains and blankets (my absolute favorite colors!), and it managed to fit everything I needed perfectly. While I originally thought I booked a room with a balcony, I ended up with a window instead, and it turned out to be just as cute, offering amazing views of the sunset, sunrise, and even a lovely rainy day in Naples.
The little touches made all the difference:
The Shower: Absolutely amazing! The water temperature got wonderfully hot, which was a lifesaver after logging thousands of footsteps exploring the city. Plus, the shower gel had a scent that instantly reminded me of my childhood perfume.
The Breakfast: Every day, breakfast was provided at a different charming café nearby. The coffee and fresh bakery croissants were absolutely delicious.
Location & Logistics: It is super close to the station. I got there so fast from the airport and easily caught my early morning train to Rome. Communication was seamless, and all the instructions I needed were sent clearly.
The staff and everyone in the building were so kind and welcoming. I even had a minor scare when I forgot some souvenirs behind, and I was so touched to find them safely waiting right in front of the hotel!
Naples has a vibrant energy that reminds me so much of home in Cairo, which made me love the city even more. I will definitely recommend BB Metropolitan to my family and anyone visiting Naples. I can't wait to come back!
In the shower they should put shampoo holder thats it

Everything perfect. Location, view, The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a street with plenty of clothing stores nearby. The train station is just a minute away. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!Grazie;)

Convenient location to Naples central station and not far from old town. Room was quite spacious and you receive a voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe
Quite a lot of road noise from the street below.
The area surrounding was quite unsettling and felt dangerous, I wouldn’t stay in this area or come alone again.
