Friendly staff
1. Cannot order breakfast with room service!!!!! Highly annoying!!!
2. Got to pay for everything with cash or credit card. Cannot charge to room. Annoying!
3. Water faucet by toilet is cold. Why no hot water????
4. Got to pay for room up front for even extending stay. Got to pay up front!
5. Flights got cancelled. Hotel still needed to ask guests to pay up front for extension, even though the goverment told hotels that they will be paying for the rooms! Isn't this being ignorant and breaking the government mandate?
