Muito bom!

O espaço do quarto é bom, a cama bem macia, assim como o edredom. O quarto estava limpo, equipe gentil e simpáticos, e um ótimo café da manhã. Fácil de chegar e perto dos principais pontos turísticos.

O café é bom, porém, tem poucos funcionários para atender, e isso faz com que faltem itens em alguns momentos, pois os poucos funcionários não tem como fazer tudo ao mesmo tempo.

A experiência foi uma porcaria

Fiz a reserva para um colaborador e a cobrança era para ser feita por mim. Foram 15 ligações e dois emails informando dessa necessidade e quando o colaborador chegou, não permitiram o check-in sem acerto. Mesmo com o meu contato salvo NAS DUAS RESERVAS, ningúem sequer ligou ou conferiu as informações na reserva. Isso, ao meu ver, chama-se descaso.

Un hotel con buena ubicación, el desayuno bufet muy completo y delicioso y la atención de todo el personal fue excelente

La ubicación y el servicio de las personas de recepción

En la habitación tenía un olor a húmedo y habían hormigas en el piso, les dijimos a las personas de recepción y mantenimiento fue a revisar y a limpiar.

Café da manhã super completo e quartos muito limpos. So o atendimento que demorou um pouquinho no check in. Tirando isso, tudo otimo!

Budget!

The location is excellent. Breakfast is good.

There is no instruction to use Wi-Fi and there is n telephone in the room. So I had to go downstairs to the reception to ask how to use. She kindly set up my cellphone for the use of Wi-Fi, but I had to go again for my computer. Minibar was not in my room, so I had to request the change of my room, which was accepted.

Was close to the shopping mall „Amazonas“. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean

Very small room but to be expected from a ibis budget.

Good location.

The place is very safe and there are several shopping areas close by. It is only 10 min away from downtown. I recommend the tour that a trave agency offer in the hotel.

It is small room and the ventilation is very bad. Someone was smoking in another room and we got all that smoke in our room.

Good for value, nearby malls

The strong AC and that they have trolleys to take your luggage to your room (we were pretty loaded) and they also allowed us to store the luggage in the hotel for the 2 nights we went to the jungle

The rooms are extremely tiny and there was water coming out from the shower.

Simple and basic hotel for a good night rest

Nothing particular. A basic hotel equipped with just enough basic amenities for a good night rest.

The only thing missing is no provision of hairdryer

Really pleased about the price for value! The price is medium-low for Manaus but the comfort was better than I expected for the price.

The only small detail I did not like was when our room keycard got resetted automatically, the reception staff saw us come in, did not say anything and only after taking the elevator up all the way to the 12th floor we realized our keycard didnt work, making us go down again just because the keycard got resetted for some unknown reason. We wouldve liked at least a heads up. But its really minor.

Fair priced stay at good location

One of few places in Manaus having a fairly good internet connection. (I have stayed at several hotels having really unstable internet connections.) Grateful too that early check-in was available when I arrived (room was ready).

Room is small, but that is included in the fair price so to speak.
