Very dirty

Nothing.

It was dirty. We left, we couldn't stay overnight.

6 / 10

Small apartment near the railways station good to spend 1-2 night preferably for not more than 1 person

Excellent location

To collect the keys you need to go to different location at 10 minutes walking distance, which is only open from 16 to 22. After having paid tax and being informed about the rules and location I left the keys on the table and the receptionist did not ever noticed it. So half an hour later I need to go there again to finally pick up the keys . Not really handy system!

Give yourself a favor not checking in on this property

Location

1. Check-In, keys are in the other side of the town and you need to pick it up there, 2. Air conditioner, my mini handheld fan is better 3. Wifi - never had a wifi not a single second 4. Beds- it's so thin and you could feel the frame if the bed

Money trap

Helpfull agent for check in

Never could get in contact in time with the check-in staff to get and stay at the apartment. A real and dishonest money trap, paid one night never seen the place because of complex check in procedure, situated at an other place than the apartment and with no one reachable for hours to get explanations, when get the keys to stay there was eventually, of no use. Said it would be refunded, but they finally rejected the refund request.

Very nice and cosy appartment. Good location. Great parking in front of house during weekend

Nothing to apply

7 / 10Good·Jul 2023

Very good location to visit Padova and Scrovegni chapel

Air conditioner in the corridor is not optimal
