Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Nette Unterkunft in bester Lage. Die gemieteten 2 Häuser waren sauber und ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bestens betreut. Das auf der Anlage liegende Restaurant hat uns leckere Speisen und wirklich kalte Getränke serviert. Die Staff ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zurück zum Essen. Bei der Zubereitung von den an einem Abend georderten Steaks ist noch Luft nach oben. Aber die Liebenswürdigkeit des Personals hat uns diese Kleinigkeit in den Hintergrund schieben lassen. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen: das Preisleistungsverhältnis der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet. Wir können die Hluhluwe Country Cotteges uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very nice and comfortable

Nice quiet place with animals on your door step.

Pool area was poorly managed. The rooms never had a fresh smell in them.

Perfect base to visit Hluhluwe Game reserve.

Great location with kitchen & braai facility. Also good restaurant at brewery. Perfect starting point to visit Hluhluwe game reserve.

We enjoyed our stay, made good use of the lovely swimming pool and the 5km nature walk.

The location is good, easy access to the Hluhluwe/Imfolozi Park. Great to have shop, restaurant, weavers and brewery and nature walk nearby. The unit was well appointed and clean to a degree. Appreciated the firelighters, firewood, tea/coffee station, insect spray and fresh water bottle.

Maintenance needs attention, cracks in walls and mould stains in showers. Unit was clean but looks a bit rundown in places. Grass in front of unit was too long. We asked for the jacuzzi to be filled but the water smelled terrible so we were unable to use it.

Good value and convenient location

This was my second stay at Hluhluwe Country Cottages and it didn't disappoint once again. The 2 sleeper units are quite simple, but are nicely decorated, clean and well-equipped with everything that one could need. I always enjoy the thoughtful extra touches provided by the hosts such as charcoal and drinking water. The location is lovely and is a convenient 20 minute drive to the Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve. I look forward to my next stay.

This place exceeded our expectations: perfect location, clean and quiet, nice food and crafts (incl craft beer), play area for the children, even a Park Run on Saturday. Ideally located in the (private) game park areas. Chapeau!

Location was great for access to the Hluhluwe Game reserve the next day. Enjoyed a short walk to the dam and viewing of some Impala and Nyala.

The 2-bedroom cottage is very comfortable in size and has all facilities needed, The kitchen is well equipped and makes provision for load shedding. The cottages are located next to a game farm and it is wonderful to have the opportunity to do nice walks on the farm.

The bathroom had a bathtub only which was not fitted with a shower curtain

Cosy, private cottages outside town

Cosy, private cottages just outside town. Attached to Ilala weavers and Ngweni Railroad Brewery & Cafe. Well equipped with kitchen necessities and aircons. Daily service kept cottages tidy. Each cottage was well secluded from its neighbours. Complimentary tea and coffee and charcoal was a welcome surprise

Really worth what it cost to arrange the visit to introduce our grandsons to places from our youth.

The location as part of the local community and the location relative to the game reserves and attractions of Zululand. The size and appointment of the cottage, actually a small 3 bedroom house. Very young family friendly. The proximity of the Hluhluwe parkrun is an added bonus.

Couldnt recommend it enought but they need to sort the toilets.

Everything is well thought out and very clear.

The toilets were not working properly. This was very disappointing to what was an otherwise perfect visit.

Great evening between St Lucia en Eswatini.

Friendly staff. Restaurant available. Nice bungalow with parking in front. Nice terrace.

Small but otherwise perfect

Very clean and in good condition. Wonderfully quiet. Well equipped - it was especially useful having an iron and ironing board to hand. Very pleasant staff who spoke excellent English.

It was a lot smaller than the pictures suggested. Hard to tell if I got the upgrade I paid for, or not.

Pleasant

The cottage was a good size, well stocked kitchen, two good bedrooms with comfy beds. Lovely view out the back with a ice little deck. Lots of parking and a nice little restaurant/brew pub on site.

The cottage needs a really good cleaning. There are are spider webs on the ceiling, dirt in the corners, the fridge wasn't clean, and so on. Felt really grimy. Could use some updating. No wifi in the cottage!!!
