Zimmer gut, Lage gut. Rest entsprach nicht einem 5*-Haus.

Zimmer gross, Ausstattung gut. In beiden Räumen eine gute leise Klimaanlage. Toilette nach japanischer Art mit Zusatzfunktionen sehr gut. Pool schön und gross genug um tatsächlich zu schwimmen. Rooftop-Bar mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. 5 Fahrstühle sorgen immer für zügiges Fahren.

Frühstück war geschmacklich nicht besonders, Auswahl hauptsächlich auf Japaner, Chinesen und Inder ausgelegt. Für ein 5*-Haus zu wenig Abwechslung. Musik vom nahe gelegenen Vergnügungsviertel sehr laut selbst im 28. Stock am Abend zu hören (Bergseite).

There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like about the hotel if they were to offer long term rental of the rooms it would be something I would find hard to refuse because the rooms are fantastic

Прекрасные удобные апартаменты - хоть для отпуска, хоть для командировки

Прекрасные удобные апартаменты, все выглядит новым и чистым. Разнообразные вкусные завтраки, хотя выбор европейской еды не очень большой. Рядом отличный супермаркет, если хочется готовить самим (мы путешествовали с маленьким ребенком, и я иногда готовила для него) или взять что-то на перекус. Красивый вид из номер и ресторана на крыше.

Немного жесткие подушки. Температура воды в ванне иногда меняется непредсказуемо. В спальне кондиционер дует на кровать, но можно включать кондиционер в гостиной и будет прохладно. Минусы не существенны по сравнению с плюсами!

Did return, And would absolutely recommend and return again...we LOVED the place!

From checking into leaving the staff and service were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast had every option you could imagine and extremely good quality! the rooftop bar has the most wonderful views of the city and the mountains. We ended up returning the Oakwood at the end of our 3 weeks stay in Thailand. The location of the Oakwood is also superb! (and you can never get lost because it's one of the tallest buildings.....just look up!)

If anything, the fact you had to request things like cutlery or wine glasses was the only SLIGHT nuisance we came across although staff were quick to bring upon request.

Wonderful vacation spot army family

Breakfast was great. The egg grill and cappuccino machine were highlights. The location was a good one but at least 40 minutes from a nice beach. Lots of food options with at least 3 malls which the hotel would secure transportation. The balcony and view and three bathrooms for a family of five was outstanding! I was pleased with the Christmas decorations. They did that well.

Sausage cooked a bit more for breakfast bacon cooked a bit longer. Spa (massage) services would be great. There are many in town and very close however there are SO many, you can’t be sure what is reputable.

Recommend good value for money - good location and service

Onsen service was great. Only tiny thing to improve service is cold water for guest. Breakfast has lots of varieties from international japanese indian and chinese. Rooftop bar and restuarant is good for evening hangout.

Very good, not exceptional

Spotlessly clean; good facilities, especially the swimming pool. EXTENSIVE breakfast selection including Japanese, Indian, Thai and European dishes; very comfortable bed. Central location on Sri Racha coast.

A little impersonal because it functions as longer term let rooms/apartments as well as a hotel. The sky bar was very expensive (even by western standards) and music loud.

Lovely hotel

Waited 1 1/2 hours for dinner in the roof restaurant only to find out they prepared 3 out of the 4 meals we ordered Could have been handled a lot better but it wasn’t

Room is in good conditions. Bathroom is big, separated area of shower and bathtub is very practical and convenience.

There was exercise venue near the property which cause disturbance sound in the early morning.

Very good

Room and hotel area are very clean. Staff service is very helpful and supportive. Location is near the mall and food street.

Taste of food is quite bland, however the food is variety.

It’s ok, better stay here only for business purpose

The location is in the center of the city. There are many local restaurants you can enjoy. The hotel is very clean.

Too loud. You can hear everything from the outside as well as the room next door. The bed is so comfy but I wish they could’ve changed the pillow to the proper ones. It’s a bit bizarre to me that you’re obligated to sign a contract about the balcony during the check-in. I think they should inform this to us in advance.

I like the facility and service of the hotel. Staff are friendly and willing to help. The hotel view is fantastic.

I don’t like breakfast. There are too many people and the service are a bit slow.

Exceptional Oakwood Hotel & Residence

Perfect location in Sriracha. Breakfast in Treat Restaurant is really spread out with many food choices. The pool is a delight as is the onsen. Atara Sky Bar has a phenomenal view of this town and the Gulf of Thailand. Fine food and drinks at happy hour. Don't think you can do much better at this price in Sriracha.
