Near by the Tube, excellent access to tons of restaurants, cafes, desserts shops, bakeries, and tons of shops. There is also a Tesco 2 blocks away to pick up essentials (food, toilet paper…).

Bright,large spaces, nice, fully equipped and very clean apartment. Prime location, lot of good food all around.. coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping etc.

The bed in the living room was not comfortable especially for tow adults

location was good. people say about the noise but noise wasnt tht bad . after 20:00 till morning there is no noise at all. till 20:00 there is a little bit of noise bit its normal since its on the centre of soho

windows need renovation .. one more night stand next to bee would be more convenient for both guests . room looks bigger in n photos.

The noise 24/7. No sound proofing. We all slept with ear plugs. After the first night we discussed leaving to book elsewhere to at least get some sleep. Not suitable location for a family in my opinion. If it's not the noise from the bars/restaurants, it's the garbage trucks.

It was close to everything but if you like noise stay here. People all night you can hear every conversation from the street. I'm talking all night and then there was the construction where they were building a food kitchen below us every day 6 days that we stayed there all day long no relaxation whatsoever and staff didn't get back to us we also got locked out because they changed the code and did not give it to us and we never got a return phone call and had to wait outside until someone else came back to the building that evening.

I didn't like most everything. The room was well supplied but the location the noise were awful and we got no response I have video and recordings of the noise and construction as well.

The apartment is spacious, clean and stylish. In the center of London, close to the subway, attractions within walking distance. Everything you need is in the apartment and in the kitchen.

What was not particularly pleasant was that it was very noisy at night, this is the reverse side of the fact that the apartment is in the center

location is great definitely the best about the appartement. A lot of space compared to other places in London and renewed so very clean overall

First floor is a nightmare. not sure about the other floors, but it is very noisy. not just a little bit, it is very noisy. this is like sleeping in the street. but forget the Noise, its biggest weakness, the bed. not comfortable at all, I really recommend to adjust this as it is not up to the apartment standard

Location was perfect for London. Close to 2 metro lines, you can go anywhere very fast. Clean apparent with everything you need to feel like home.

There was no EU socket plug available. 4th floor, after long day it was a hustle to climb the stairs. No batteries in the remote for living room TV.

for the first couple of days; it had been super noisy between 07.45 am - 11.00 am (had construction on the ground floor). Rest of the times were ok!

The apartment is clean and tidy.we are a family of 6 staying for 7 days, great location, very close to Chinatown and Underground.

Location was perfect. Close to markets, China town, restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to many of the sights-Buckingham Palace, Thames, V and A. Tube nearby as well. We switched apartments when our children left to a smaller one and St Anne's let us store our suitcases between check out and check in. Easy to gain entry with codes.

Can't really think of anything

Have returned several times to this location and have never been disappointed. Central location in the heart of SOHO. Great accommodations , clean and comfortable.

The location of this flat was perfect. We were with in a 20-50 minute walk of many of the site seeing places. Many restaurants nearby and a bonus having a coffee shop next door. The space was nicely set up so that we all had a private space to sleep and our own TV.

The flat we stayed at was in the 4th floor with no elevator. The exercise was good for us and it would not be for everyone to walk up four flights of stairs with your luggage.

Location is excellent. We can walk to Oxford Street, Leicester square, Convent Gardens, Piccadilly Circus etc. There are many good food options there. It is a good place to stay if you like shopping, dining & shows in London.

As my room is on the fourth floor, moving of luggage can be very challenging especially if you have a family of 5. As one of the bed is in the dining room with windows facing an alley & some pubs, it is pretty noisy at night. Unlike hotels, you cannot store your luggage there after checking out, that may also be a problem if your flight is in the evening.
