We stayed here in early October when the weather was around 25C, so the temperature inside the apartment was just right. I can't comment on the air conditioning concerns mentioned in other reviews as we didn't need to use it much. We only stayed for one night so the basement location (with small windows) wasn't an issue for us.
The apartment is spacious, well furnished (including a piano!) and very clean. As mentioned in the host's note, the water took a little longer to reach the shower because it had to travel from the boiler on the other side of the house. However, once it arrived it was hot and there was enough for everyone.
Parking is off street behind a gate. The property is close to the airport and only a short drive from Zagreb city center. Check in was easy (keys were in a key safe by the entrance).

Great apartment, spacious, clean and tidy. It's in a great location, very close to the airport and shops. The hosts were amazing and incredibly hospitable—they even invited us to join them and their friends for drinks! We stayed up late to celebrate their daughter's birthday, who was a lovely 'bartender' for the night haha. A shame we had to leave so early this morning. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Csendes, tágas, kényelmes
Picit sokat kellett várni a meleg vízre, de más minden rendben volt.
