Ottima esperienza

L’appartamento è molto bello e grande , ha tutte le comodità 2 televisioni Smart ( una nel saloncino ed una nella camera da letto. La cucina è dotata di tutti i confort inclusa lavastoviglie, lavatrice , macchina del caffè etc . La zona è centralissima

Il letto è un po’ scomodo e la parete in pietra è un po’ polverosa .

Fin de semana perfecto

Me gustó mucho lo centrico que era (pleno centro) y lo chulo que está el apartamento. La cama y la ducha, una pasada. Dos cuartos de baño super equipados y una cocina con todo lo necesario.

No podria decir que algo no me gustara. Es tranquilo, no se oyen ruidos, es practicamtente nuevo todo. Estñá hecho con mucho gusto. El apartamento es una pasada.

Posas la maleta y primera visita cultural, el apto

El ambiente del alojamiento con sus techos altos y su artesonado, incluso con una antigua pintura en estuco que se conserva en un hueco...además de la ubicación. El trato de javier fue impecable, al igual que la amabilidad y simpatía de los gaditanos.

Que no funcionaba la señal de antena en la tv pequeña, que al ser tan alto el apto no calentaba fácilmente, y que el parking estaba un poco lejos, pero eso es un peaje que se paga con gusto.

Great, modern apartment but be aware of some problems

Beautiful modern apartment in a great location with WiFi and cold air conditioning.

There are a few apartments at this address and my apartment was on a “half-floor” so the stairs were required. This is not as marketed. There was also a mosquito problem inside this one apartment. I killed about 50 while there for 2 nights and am now covered in bite marks.

Lovely stay and accommodation in central Cadiz. Would stay again

Location is in a quiet side street with an amazing Tapa bar below. Less than 20 seconds walk from the front door, you are into one of the main shopping street in Cadiz, so the location is wonderful

Superb apartment on a pedestrian street in the old town. We weren’t bothered by the tapas bar next door (there is good AC in case you need to close the windows). Good wi-fi, safe building and neighborhood, a supermarket and panederia are just around the corner. 5-minute walk from Canalejas parking.

Location was perfect. The apartment was secure and private. It was very stylish and comfortable and had everything I needed. The pick up of keys and communication with the agent made everything simple and easy.

Great stay in Cadiz a bit of an undiscovered gem in Spain.

Location was excellent, apartment was very clean and the management were very communicative.

We always try to book accomodation with a lift, the property was advertised with a lift but we had to use a big flight of marble stairs. We had a large amount of luggage and getting in and out was daunting.

The leather sofa a bit uncomfortable… and the bed can use a plush topper a bit hard ! location was fab but apt was first floor windows facing street and garbage truck come daily at 3:00 am with a bit of noise ….

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, renovated to suit modern needs and tastes but retaining charming historical touches like French doors/windows with little balconies in the living room and bedroom. The location was fantastic. All of the sites and attractions that interested us were within a 20-minute walk, and just wandering around the neighborhood we would stumble on wonderful little surprises hidden in plain sight.

The street was very noisy at night, all night. We had to climb a very steep marble staircase to our room. (I think there was a lift, but we weren’t shown how to use it.) Instructions on using the microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine would have been appreciated.

Lovely modern apartment, great location & hosts

Great location, lovely clean modern apartment in a traditional building. Had everything we could have needed as well as soft towels, toiletries and a comfy bed. Really helpful hints and tips from the staff on places to go and good communication from them.

It was all great, the only thing that put a slight dampner on things was there were a fair few rules, and a contract to sign on arrival - which felt a bit much after a long distance travelled.

Met all our needs for 5 nights

Excellent location in a traditional building that had a lift. Apartment very well furnished and spacious. Company staff were very efficient and helpful

Only outside window was a small one in one of the bathrooms. Everything else was towards an inner courtyard so could have felt claustrophobic if high season. Given we were there for 5 nights we could have done with a change of towels-however we didn't ask for this.

the city, the accommodation, the restaurants everything about Cadiz was the most pleasant surprise I’d recommend a stay

convenient to all locations we were there to watch the Sail GP and the racing was just a 10 minute walk away through beautiful streets and bars Cadiz and the accommodation were wonderful

What a wonderful stay we all had in Cadiz staying in Javier's beautiful apartment. The Apartment is wonderfully placed, you are just off the central area, 10 minutes walk and you are in the Cathedral Square. There are plaza's everywhere in Cadiz which are so beautifully kept and they are all offering something new to explore. Javier was a fantastic host, sending information on places to go, eat or just chill. The apartment was perfect for us we are a family off four adults, and it worked very well. The apartment has the option to cook a meal at home and to relax and watch a film or two. The Apartment is beautiful presented and very clean with lovely beds and extra bedding provided if needed, also with the small essential provided. We will definitely return without a doubt. Thank you.

Great! (but a bit small for 3+ people)

The building and apartment looked very nice, clean, new. The location was great, shortish walk to city center and beaches, and located around nice, pedestrian streets with lots of commerce. Staff was super nice, check in was smooth and they gave us a lot of local recommendations.

We were three people, which required us to use the sofa bed which was not the most comfortable (a bit hard and squeaky) and made the apartment feel a bit too crowded with little space.

excellent for a weekend in Cadiz

Very comfortable bed, no noise at all, very good to rest. Great location, renovated.

We missed some windows to the world outside.
