The house is fully equipped, close to the beach and restaurants/bars, and the host is friendly and responsive. We were even allowed to check out late, with no extra charges. Thumbs up for almost every item mentioned in the property description.
A few items that the host needs to address in order to maintain the level of experience of every guest at a high level: get an iron and a board, get a second key, have the kitchen treated for ants, get better mattresses for the single beds (not must but nice to have).

The Villa was in an excellent location in town. There were five of us (Two couples and a single) and the Villa provided good accommodation for all of us. The hosts were very amenable and easy to deal with and provided an excellent level of service. The Villa was well equipped and small touches like fruit, water, Bread and coffee were very appreciated as we arrived late. The air con was superb. The bedding was changed mid stay. The garden was well equipped with everything we needed. I would happily stay here again.
