The hotel is located on a busy street, occupying the second floor of an old building that is mostly apartments. It does have a tiny elevator which is helpful for getting luggage and disabled people to the rooms. (A quirky aspect of the elevator is that it costs 10 cents to ride it at certain times of the day). The staff was helpful and proud of the location, pointing out that it was built in the 19th century and has beautiful frescos on the ceiling in the breakfast area. The rooms were good; ours was a little tight for two people, although our daughter's room was much bigger. The bathroom facilities were fine. The breakfast was good, although with a slightly limited selection of pastries, yogurt and meats and cheeses. Parking is in a nearby garage which appears to be very small.

A 10 minute walk from the metro and a 5 minute walk from the promenade. I'm very glad we stayed here and not in the centre of Naples as it is a calmer area. Room was beautifully decorated and clean. The hostess was lovely too, very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was also good, typical Italian.
