About this house rental
This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court walking distance to bay, shops, restaurants, Catamaran.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with Cal-King bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is a 43” Smart Flat screen TV with direct access to the ocean view balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with 43' Smart Flat Screen TV.
There is a shared full size bathroom with dual sinks and tub
The 1st floor living room is has catherdral celings and 60inch flatscreen tv. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. On this floor, there is another full bathroom with shower.
The front patio with ocean views includes 6 seat table and umbrella and gas BBQ for cookouts.
Full size clothes washer & dryer..
Several amenities including:
- Air conditioning- split units in each bedroom and living room
-WIFI access in every room, deck and patio
-3 flat screen Smart TV's, 1 in every bedroom
- beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels
- outdoor warm shower wash off the sand

- pack in play, games, books and puzzles for all ages

Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.
COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)
Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided.
Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas)
All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided.
All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays
This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these prior to reserving the home. There is a security camera located outside of the home viewing the deck entrance.

The location of this home simply can’t be beat. Sitting on the deck while seeing and hearing the ocean was one of our favorite parts of the trip—it’s hard to find a better setting.The home was incredibly well equipped, which made traveling by plane so much easier. The kitchen had everything we needed, including salt and pepper, cooking oils, trash bags, laundry detergent, and other essentials that are often missing from vacation rentals.The house was the perfect size for our family of five, and we loved being able to walk almost everywhere. Mission Beach has such a fun, relaxed vibe, and this location made it easy to enjoy it all.Erin was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.Another huge bonus was all the beach gear that was available for guests to use, including four beach chairs, two umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys. It made our beach days so convenient and enjoyable.We had an amazing trip to Mission Beach and would absolutely stay here again. We have nothing but great things to say about both this I’m

We have vacationed at this location for two years now. It is the perfect spot on the beach. Walking distance to everything!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. When I say steps to the beach, I mean like 20-40 steps depending on how big your stride is. There is a very very small garage to park your car in, however, our hyuandi sonata was too big. If you get a rental car, plan accordingly. We found free street parking about .3 miles away daily. Would go back in a heartbeat!
