Fantastic location overlooking the sea. Large, comfortable apartment. Everything supplied for a comfortable stay. Onsite parking if you are lucky. Very good value for money. The 'Cod Father' fish and chip restaurant next door is good quality and well priced.
Inside and outside the building looks dated. 1 person at a time lift. Hit and miss parking. Otherwise excellent.

The location was good. Good view out window looking out to promenade and sea. Tram stop across road from apartment. Spacious.
No bin in bathroom. Could do with a towel rail in bathroom also

The location was good.
A good amount of bath towels and everything you need in the kitchen to cook with.
We were shocked to walk into the apartment to see the laminate in every room had bubbled up, and when walked on, little bits would be knocked off. The bathroom flooring needs replacing, as there is a thick black line around the bath. And paint was peeling off the ceiling over the bath, and the white radiator in the bathroom was very rusty and brown, and everything is very dated and not like the photos you see when booking it.
The paint was peeling off around the wardrobe that wasn’t nice to look at when laying in bed.
I was scared to sit out on the balcony because the screws were loose and it didn’t look safe.
And the windows get very dirty very quickly due to strong winds. So you can’t see much outside, even when they are cleaned.
The remote had no back on it and was covered with tape .

We stayed at location before and was good. This visit the flat was smaller and the seating was uncomfortable. The bathroom door did not lock but we said we did not mind. In bathroom paint was pealing from ceiling. Looked tired.
