Really nice apartment. Comfy and clean 2 bedroom. Had everything we needed. Fans located in every room as it got warm. Owners friendly and accommodating. We used the free car park 5min walk away. Paid street parking outside the place. 5-10min walk into the town centre. Train station 20min walk.

Our hostess Claire was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys and to show us the appartment. All communication with her was perfect, despite our limited French. She can speak some English, and she answers all messages very quick.
The appartment is incredibly spacious with ceilings 3 meter high. It's really impresive!
The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place was perfectly clean on arrival.
Claire has also arranged a beautiful book with the highlights of Arras and surroundings and lots of practical information. Very useful!
The place is located just 3 minutes by foot to the Grand'Place, in a quiet street. Parking our car was not a problem.
If we return to Arras, we will for sure consider to come back here!
The bedrooms are in the basement of the house. You still have windows there: close to the ceiling, at foot-level if you look from the street-side. This means that to go to bed you have to walk down the stairs. And if you need to go to the bathroom at night, it can be a little bit of a challenge, unless you turn on the lights, risking to wake up the rest of the family.
