The neighborhood is refined with many permanent upscale residences. Our home (yes, home as we bring our family & friends here, too) is an independent house with private pool, grounds & decks. We are the original 'Little Pink House' in Surfside. We have been with VRBO for 19+ years (when VRBO was truly VRBO) and prefer to deal with guests directly.
