The location is perfect. The ocean views were amazing. It felt very safe there.

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and the parking is definitely accessible.

Excellent...outstanding...except for the hot water issue would stay again in a heartbeat....

Location, space, cleanliness, security of parking, access to Malecon and all of the walking features of the waterfront, amenities, well stocked...friendly fellow guests....

Only single complaint...extremely limited hot water supply...not possible for three people in a two bedroom unit to all take warm showers (actually couldn't even complete one person warm shower)....

Very clean, air conditioning, great location

We were there in winter (December) and there was little to no hot water. Shower pressure was also very low.

Modern apartment in great location.

Modern clean apartment that has everything you need, everything is walking distance. Feels very safe.

Saturday night was loud, due to the proximity to the malecon.

regular La Paz visitors: best place we’ve stayed yet

fabulous property two blocks from Malecon and a block or two from wonderful restaurants and coffee shops in Centro. Based on other reviews we had requested a third floor apartment. it didn’t disappoint with the lovely sea and sunset views. The apartment was lovely and a great place to stay a week. Loved the gated parking too.

Good location

Great location. Easy access to downtown and ostores.

I had made reservation for a King and a Queen beds. Also when I made reservation it was supposed to be a third floor apartment. I was give the first floor room. We found a couple of roaches on the bathroom. I would say it may be the humidity in the area.

loved the place just like the pictures

location is perfect, one block from malecón. you have a sea view from one of the rooms and living room we were in the third floor, the place was spotless clean. it was perfect with everything you need,!you literally have a convenient store across the street its close from everything. plenty of towels even beach towels. and even a five gallon of water. very comfy beds

the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t come back and clean like in a hotel. but the cleaning ladies are very nice I’m pretty sure they would do it if you’d ask

Exceptional

Location Condo was extremely comfortable and in a great location with on site parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights there. Highly recommend.

Outstanding place to stay in a great location

Super clean, modern, huge, and in a perfect location. OXXO and a supermarket are within one block. As is the ocean and male con.

There is a lot of noise transfer from outside. Dogs barking on and off through the night, and construction during the day. Only thing they could have done differently would be to use better windows. Bring ear plugs if you need to!

Great Location

Great layout and furnishings. Spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. Easy walk down to the Malecon, steep hill on the walk back. Like the onsite parking being secure. We had unit #5 which I feel has the best view. Just have to walk up three flights of stairs.

Extremely noisy. Doors are not solid so you hear everything from outside. Traffic (cars & trucks), dogs barking and adjacent rooms moving furniture around at 2:00 in the morning. Makes it hard for a good nights sleep.

Beautiful

Wonderful location morning views of the ocean. Staff is friendly. And a market across the street.

Neighbors dogs barking all night( but guess you can never help that) I still would rent again here

Great apt in good location

A/C in all rooms, friendly staff, nice decor, centrally located, cookware, washer/dryer, parking. Had everything we needed. Very clean complex. Felt safe.

Would have appreciated having a mirror in the bedrooms.

Good location

The main door to the apartment made lots of noise due to the wind, we placed objects in front but noice kept happening, I had hard time falling asleep due to the noises

Fantastic place

The place was fantastic! It's super-well designed, equiped, and located! We were lucky to get a room on the 3rd floor with amazing sea view. The communication was great too.
