All good, very pleasent stay!

The apartmen has a small balcony from where an open view of the all city, and of the sea. Very nice. It is located near Minipreço supermarkt 2 min walking distance, which helps a lot. Inside you'll find all you need, a good bed, air conditioning, wifi, and a small kitchen very well equiped including a ceramic hob, microwave and refrigerator. Although in winter time, we had a very pleasent stay.

Nothing

Apartment is old with no maintenance whatsoever. When you first enter the building 2 elevators didn’t work and no fixing in sight. Inside- it smelled old and wet. There’s no ventilation system in the apartment (also not in the bathroom) which made it horribly humid, you could feel that clothes, bedding, socks on your feet are getting wet. Since there’s no ventilation- the windows were constantly foggy, SHOWER HAS BLACK MOLD everywhere in the corners and around, drain was clogged. Kitchen’s ventilation and flat surfaces were full of grease and dust which was built up overtime. Beds were bad, duvets and pillows smelled (surprise (?) they were also old) and did not felt like it was washed properly. On our arrival day, we found lots “balls” of hair- under the table, bed, drawers, we found few receipts from other people that stayed there around the New Years- which just proves the fact about neglected cleaning. There was no trash bags, soap dispenser was not working, one roll of toilet paper (which was also wet from abnormal humidity) for 4 people for 5 days. Plates, cups, cutlery were dirty also. Kettle also had MOLD in it. We are aware that Portugal is humid country- but none of the places we ever stayed at had this amount of problems. We contacted owner about all of the problems we had on second day of our stay, we asked some of the problems to be fixed- he said they will. Message was sent 13:06, later that day around 20 o’clock (!!) there was 2 people banging at our door saying that they came to fix some problems. They were insisting, that they knew nothing about the missed cleaning and blamed the owner for any problems with the apartment, even though they had the responsibility to at least clean the apartment properly. We blame both parties for the neglect of the apartment and the service to their customers they are providing. We are severely disappointed with our stay it was truly a horrible experience.

Didn’t suit my needs but would great for if you had a car

Well equipped supermarket handy and handy to shopping mall

I had foot injury so not handy to town centre. Bus service not great and wifi not reliable. Suggest that Booking dot com ensure full address is given with real title of any property. Taxi couldn’t understand the address given. This happened to me in Porto as well.

A lovely 3rd floor flat for 2 people in a large block clean and well equipped.

we loved the balcony and the quiet location. The flat was clean and well equipped and the lift and corridors were clean and bright. 2 of the three pools were out of action but the 3rd pool was clean and beautiful. The supermarket and bar restaurant close by are fantastic. Uber is fantastic service in this area too.

We didn't receive any information on how to find the apartment or even the number or where the key was. we didn't get any information on the Wifi or anything about the resort and the facilities. The reception wouldn't help us as they considered us a private booking.

Temos tudo para ficar relaxados. Sítio super sossegado com super e shopping ao pé. Camionetas pertissimo o apeadeiro da Porta Nova a 10 minutos a pé, caminho plano.
