A brand new fully accessible ADA Compliant Handicap 1st floor Queen Bedroom with private bath - roll-in shower, folding seat in shower, handicap toilet and sink. 2 King Suites upstairs with new private baths. Three other bedrooms with Queen Beds share one newly renovated hallway bathroom. House sleeps a maximum of 13 guests per town bylaws. New natural gas furnace. Window airconditioning units.
