About this apartment rental
"Ô cœur du Panier" the oldest district of Marseille. This loft is open to the sky, it was designed by an architect. A beautiful volume up to 5 meters of ceiling, illuminated by a large glass roof, shaded by an outdoor blind. It accommodates up to 4 people and is equipped with beds coupled by 180 cm or separated by 90 cm. Comfortable kitchen open to a large living room. On the terrace, you will attend the show of the Panier, the street below, the rooftops, the Major and the unobstructed view opposite towards l'Estaque, on the Chaîne de l'Étoile. Let yourself live and enjoy this unique district, this atypical place... O in colors.
ARRIVAL 5 pm to 8 PM. LATE ARRIVAL You will have to give the person during your late reception directly from 8 pm to 10 pm = 15 euros, and from 10 pm until midnight = 30 euros because he does not live on site. DEPOSIT on arrival-250 euros /100% of guests left with ;D for us this is a guarantee.
CLEANING IS MANDATORY... Otherwise ask the person / 45 euros for him directly.
KEYS: You must call TIENNE 48 hours prior to arrival
PARKING: The area is pedestrianised. We recommend the Qpark underground parking lot, guarded and cool for the summer, is a 2-minute walk from the loft for a sum of 54 euros/week. We are not partners with them.
LATE ARRIVAL> 8-10 PM extra. 15 euros > 22-24H extra. 30 euros
CLEANING IS COMPULSORY... Otherwise ask the person for it / 45 euros for them directly.

Very comfortable with all amenities. The owner, before our visit, and the housekeeper, before and during our visit, were very helpful and provided all the advice we needed

Nous avons apprécié la situation en plein cœur du quartier du panier et le côté atypique du duplex. L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Un bémol en revanche sur le mobilier, un canapé 2 poufs et 4 chaises en tout et pour tout dans une location avec un séjour, 2 chambres pour 4 à 6 personnes!!! Une mezzanine sans assise, sans un seul meuble non plus alors que l'endroit se prête pourtant à la lecture. On reviendrait volontiers si cet effort était fait. Un peu de déco serait également la bienvenue surtout dans un quartier qui regorge d'artistes en tous genres.

It is a good area for shops and restaurants. It is a short but hilly walk to the old port. The apartment is clever and quiet.
