Located in Laguna Beach, this lovely bed and breakfast for $485 per night is a great option for your next trip. Open your door and you are in the heart of Laguna Beach and the main street. STEPS TO FOREST ST and MAIN BEACH!! The walk to main beach is 2 blocks or 2/10 of a mile. PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILTY! The calendar is up to date. RATES ARE AS STATED. Walk to the MAIN part of town, to main beach, shopping, movies, dinner and even the pageant. You can’t beat this location!!!!!!!!!! Many places claim they are near town, but if you can't walk into town, traffic and parking is impossible in Laguna. You wont need your car for ANYTHING, but if do want to leave the main part of Laguna, my home is across the street from the FREE trolley. This is the central station, so you can take the trolley anywhere you want for FREE!!! You are also a five minute walk from the world famous Pageant of the Masters! If you have not heard of this event of have not gone, it is a must!!! It is only a summer event and it changes every summer. People travel from all over to just come to this event! Not only is the location ideal, but the home is ADORABLE!!!! The home is charming with hardwood floors, a great deck with comfortable lounge furniture and BBQ, a sun room and views of the canyon and mountain side. The bed is a cal king size sleep select bed with memory foam and there is also a extra large couch that is comfortable for sleeping. There is also an air mattress bed. I live in the home in front of this cottage and am always near by if you need anything but the unit is private from the main home with your own separate entrance and outdoor area. Don't miss this irresistible cottage IN TOWN! This house has all the charm that makes you want to visit Laguna over and over again. It also has a PARKING SPOT (MUCH NEEDED IN LAGUNA)! Tara

The location can't be beat. Even though we had a rental car we walked most places. Keep in mind that there are some steep stairs going from the driveway to the entrance of the apartment. The hot tub was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet.

This was our second time staying at Tara’s property. It is the perfect location in Laguna - a quick walk down to the beach, and there’s also a trolley stop right across the street as well. Tara’s home is welcoming and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay once again!

Our stay was perfect! If you don't already know, you really don't need a car. Everything is walking distance from this place. Short walking distance to the beach while carrying beach provisions which includes Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and very nice beach towels. After enjoying a nice dinner out, we loved returning to our very private and oh so comfortable hot tub and yard complete with and soft water fountain that lulls you to sleep. Don't pass this place up.

We have stayed at many properties and hotels over the years, but this was probably one of our favorites! Clean, comfortable bed and couch, , super easy check in, everything we needed for the beach/ our stay! Outdoor area makes the place feel MUCH larger! Tara is a great communicator, very quick to respond, very gracious hostess! There is no better location! I’m jealous they get to own this amazing place!:)can’t wait to rent again

The property is wonderful - from the backyard to the bathroom. It’s just perfect for a couple visiting Laguna. Everything was very clean. The beach and all of downtown Laguna is walkable in a few minutes. Communication with the owner was great as well. Highly recommended.

From the check-in process to the sad day we had to leave, everything was amazing. Tara really cares about you and how you are enjoying your stay. She is responsive and helpful with anything in the area and anything at the property. Everything is well decorated and stocked with what you need. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants. I would definitely be back and tell others. Thank you for a great weekend.

This place gets a 10/10 from us. The apartment at the back of the main house is perfect. The inside is quaint, beautifully decorate, has lots of towels, a comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook, and lots of places to sit. We loved the enclosed glass area in the morning when we were drinking my coffee. The outside patio area with the hot tub has both sun and shade depending on what you want. We enjoyed this beautifully landscaped area in the afternoon after exploring Laguna Beach to rest a bit before heading out for dinner. The hot tub is a bonus which we enjoyed every evening. The location was amazing with the trolley stop right outside the property or you can walk maybe 100 yards to Main Beach. If we visit the area again, we would definitely want to stay here. The location of this property can’t be beat - grocery store was a 4 minute walk, restaurants and little shops were less than 5 minutes away, and the beach was an 8 minute easy stroll. We loved the patio in the evenings as well; huge plus having the hot tub. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re staying in Laguna and want to be near the beach.

My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property in Laguna Beach. Property was just right for the two of us. The house was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the Main Beach, restaurants, shops, and Heisler Park.
The property was exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the couch sagged and was not comfortable to sit on. The host greeted us upon arrival but we did not have any other contact since there were no issues with the property.

What a great stay In beautiful Laguna Beach. The property was clean, quiet, super comfortable and had everything we needed and more (the coffee and snacks were very much appreciated). The location is perfect for walking into town and to the beach. We loved the beautifully landscaped outdoor area and the views of the hills. Tara and her husband were super friendly and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, everything was perfect and true to the pictures posted. Close to village, and trolley took us everywhere we needed to go. Rental car unnecessary here, walkable, and close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Loved it! Thank you Tara!

There isn't much to say other than the fact that the house was awesome, isolated, and close to the beach. Tara, the owner is just as sweet. My wife and I stayed here and she was just kind. I don't value much more than kindness.

We loved everything about this property. The location was fantastic, it was the cleanest of all rentals that I've stayed in, the hosts were friendly and available for anything we needed. I travel to Laguna Beach each year for the holidays and have been searching for the perfect place for us and now we have finally found it!

We stayed for a week in this great little place. The location is absolutely perfect. Walkable to the main beach and all the restaurants and shops in town. The yard is awesome with the hot tub, seating and even outdoor tv. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you’ll need. Tara the owner was very helpful and responsive with a our few questions !

The Laguna Beach Cottage has a great location, close to everything. You can walk to Whole Foods, restaurants, shops, and the beach. It’s all right there.
The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, etc. and we cooked a couple of great meals on the gas stove. The cottage is light and bright with a comfy bed and views of the yard and town from the living room and sun room. The outdoor space is wonderful with plants, fountain, seating, hot tub, dining table, TV, and grill.
Tara and Bruce live in the main house and were welcoming, while also giving us space to enjoy the cottage’s outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in California and it was fantastic. Tara’s place was very nice; exactly as advertised. Location was perfect; suite is a good size for 2 people only; patio area outside well thought out; very homey. Outside tv was a nice touch.
Bedroom window ac was very loud and did not really cool off the room; this would have been more of a problem if it was warmer outside. Kitchen was very small; no real prep space or place to store your groceries. Cabinets were full of dishes etc. Fridge was fantastic. Not suitable for a family. Porch area was kinda neat but honestly an unusable space; except for storage. Beach chairs& umbrella was a definite bonus. Cooler for beach would have been nice. Bathroom was basic/ quite small- no place to store your toiletries and no exhaust fan.
Overall a good experience.

Enjoyed an almost week long stay here and they were the perfect hosts! Excellent location and the outdoor patio/hot tub really was enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone that wants to be walking distance to everything including the beach!

This was a really nice place and we enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location for walking everywhere on Laguna. The place had everything we needed including the coffee. Hot tub was nice to sit in and watch a movie in the evening. Would recommend this place.

This is an incredible bang for your buck in the heart of Laguna Beach! We stayed for a week and had an amazing stay. It was very clean and Tara was excellent with communication. They even provided a pack n play for our almost 2 year old. It was a hot week but kept extremely comfortable with 2 air conditioning units(a rarity along the beach area). We enjoyed the hot tub almost daily and grilled a few times as well with food from Whole Foods(~5 min walk) to save on restaurants and carry out. Unit had everything we needed- plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc.
There are several narrow stairs up to the unit which was a little challenging with our toddler, but we were well aware of this in advance from the photos and descriptions. It wasn’t a problem for us as we are able-bodied, but could be challenging for some.
The trolley was a lifesaver for us as Laguna has some steep streets to walk. We downloaded the Laguna Beach Trolley app and even though it wasn’t always running perfectly as scheduled, it was well worth it for the time and energy saved! Not to mention beautiful views along PCB.
We intend to stay again next year!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The location is phenomenal--we didn't need a car an were able to walk to everything--beaches, restaurants, shops, art galleries, boutiques and even an open air theater. The apartment has everything you need, including beach towels, chairs and a beach umbrella. Clean, cozy and welcoming--outdoor and indoor living! Communication with property manager was super easy and helpful.

We absolutely loved this wonderful retreat vacation cottage that is in the heart of Laguna Beach. This place is in a great location and within walking distance of many things that make Laguna Beach very special.
Some examples are two blocks away from downtown Laguna shopping and restaurants, about three blocks away from Main Beach. If you want to go the The Pageant Of The Masters it's perfect from this location along with the Sawdust Festival all within easy walking distance.
We've taken many many trips to Laguna Beach area and have been renting cottages all around the area and if your looking for a good spot this is it.
The property owners were just wonderful and very friendly folks and gave us such a warm welcome along with letting us know if there is anything we needed to reach out.
We will be looking to return again for a future VK.

I have spent many summer vacations with my girls in Laguna, and this trip has by far been one of our favorite. From beginning to end, Tara made our stay so enjoyable. In the past, we have always had a car, but chose to trust the reviews saying the house was an easy walk to the beach and town, and the trolly to get anywhere else was less than a block away. They were right! Not having to fight traffic and parking was an incredible relief. We would get up, have coffee by the jacuzzi, dress and pack a lunch for the beach: towels, beach chairs, umbrella all provided! We could easily walk to all the fun shops. At the end of the day, we would come back, if sandy we could shower off the sand at the warm water outdoor shower, get dressed and ride the trolly or walk to fun places for dinner. The cottage style guest house was so inviting and comfortable! By late afternoon, the house was warm, but the a/c would cool it off super fast. The comfortable soft bed and couch were all the three of us needed, but there was a blowup mattress and linens if we had wanted. After dinner, we enjoyed time in the jacuzzi before bed. It all really was perfect, but with the insanity of flight cancellations ours was delayed, and Tara allowed us to stay a while longer to not have so much time at the airport. The whole stay was magical. From the beautiful home inside and out to the perfect location and all the amenities: side-by-side fridge, full stove, oven, microwave and coffeemaker. We were able to fix breakfast and lunch and enjoy relaxing dinners out. I highly recommend this incredible Vrbo!

This was a nice, clean and quiet property in a great location. This was our second rental we tried in Laguna, our first was on PCH and I preferred this. This was very quiet but also very close to town and walkable to everything you could want. Plenty of room the relax and a full kitchen. Communication with the owner was great. No hesitation in booking this again next time we're in Laguna.

We come to Laguna every year for the Pageant of the masters, and this place is perfect for that purpose. Everything we wanted to see was withing walking distance or shuttle ride away. Having the jacuzzi at the end of the night was a perfect end to our nights. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I hope to be able to stay here again soon.
