The host friendly, helpful. They gave me a bike to borrow without paying. Then I bought a watermelon to give them. Then the oma cooked sticky rice and green bean for me. 😂 its lovely!

The location is a little far from Hoi An Center but near the Tan Thanh beach.

Very close to the beach. The room was great with a nice little balcony. Modern bathroom and tasty breakfast!

Was difficult to communicate in english but everything went fine.

Really great place and the owners were just so nice and went out of their way to help you out and we're just really genuine and lovely. The location is peaceful and out of the way but still easy to get into the town too. The rooms are really modern and well laid out with really comfy beds. Shower and bathroom is great too with the rain shower. Breakfast is really good too, they have a good choice which is ideal if you're sick of just egg and bread!

Only thing I would say I didn't like is that the door to the room is glass whereas the doors to the balcony are wood. Would be nicer the other way around as the glass door lets in a lot of light from the hallway at night and the balcony door doesn't let in as much light in the morning. Would be easy to fix the main door just with a curtain.
