Large room and comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well located in beautiful Oostende near to sea and to shopping area. Good breakfast. Elegant hotel.
Although nicely furnished, i found the breakfast room a little claustrophobic due to lack of windows and amount of guests. But i realise there probably isn't an easy solution to this.

It is centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable.
The wall was not soundproof. We could hear the occupiers of the room next to us at night chatting, singing etc

Breakfast, location & staff were good.
The hotel and certainly the room needs a bit of upgrading, it was looking a bit dated.
