The location is ideal as its walking distance to the Natural History, V&A & other museums as well as the Royal Albert Hall. The tube station is just a block away and there are a wide variety of eating places within the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It’s also walking distance to Harrods & other stores.
The staff were VERY friendly & made you feel very welcome upon arrival. The breakfast staff in particular were very pleasant and willing to assist with any requirements. Generally they made you feel as though they really appreciated your custom and wanted to ensure that you had a pleasant stay.
I would certainly stay here again without hesitation.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was very clean so this wasn’t really an issue.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room size was big, bed was comfortable and access was easy. Staff were super friendly.
The rooms are a bit dated. Also PowerPoints near the bed would be handy. But it is an older style hotel

Fire alarm on first night of stay meant we were all out of our rooms for 45 mins at 2am. Letter in room next morning saying £50 refund as goodwill gesture but despite comms with booking.com and hotel direct, no refund arrived even 6 weeks later
